Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required by the role
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using equipment or assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work in a fast-paced, loud environment with exposure to temperature fluctuations, heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
  • Use and adherence to proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety training
  • Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • High level of attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to meet performance goals
  • Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain compliance
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory control to optimize resources
  • Enforce company policies and maintain a safe and welcoming work environment
  • Collaborate with management to drive profitability and business growth
