Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ServSafe certification
Completion of Lead On! Shift Leader training
Completion of MSM courses 4-5
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to give feedback positively
Successful completion of national sex offender registry check
Acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to work flexible shifts
Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

ServSafe certified
Lead On! Shift Leader training completed
MSM courses 4-5 completed
Proficient at Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Ability to give feedback in a positive manner
Knowledge of Pizza Hut provided tools such as Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable transportation
Experience in managing teams
Familiarity with inventory and scheduling processes

Job Duties

Take ownership and responsibility of restaurant and team during shifts
Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standards
Use BLAST to resolve all customer complaints and always puts customer needs first
Own and promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience
Responsible for inventory and food orders
Enforce and follow Pizza Hut service principals
Assist RGM with oversight and execution of all store inventory, forecasting, scheduling processes
Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge necessary for success
Deliver high customer satisfaction results on all shifts
Ensure restaurant meets/exceeds all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes on shifts
Execute all Pizza Hut provided training material and courses, follow up with team members on execution
Delegate and manage team member workload while running shifts
Compliant with all laws and regulations
Conduct inventory counts and audits
Ensure a safe work environment is provided in restaurant
Maintain a clean, organized restaurant that meets all health and safety regulations
Manage and adhere to employee handbook and policies
Maintain professional image and highly ethical conduct as representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC core values and work daily to fulfill mission and vision
Other duties as assigned
