This involves training team members, resolving customer complaints using proven customer service strategies, managing inventory and food orders, and enforcing service principles centered around speedy delivery, quality food, and friendly service. An effective Shift Leader must possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to enforce policies fairly, including cash controls and anti-harassment measures.
