The Shift Manager role at Five Guys is a dynamic and rewarding position that offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour, plus tips and bonuses. Shift Managers are cross-trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, taking on additional responsibilities to ensure smooth restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours within restaurant operating times
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to food safety and quality
- Must be energetic and honest
