Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate and friendly customer service
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance

- Manage crew and provide coaching and direction
- Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
- Schedule staff and conduct training
- Monitor safety, security and profitability
