Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to meet restaurant demands including standing lifting bending squatting reaching sweeping mopping and working in varied temperatures
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Some college or restaurant management coursework preferred
  • Six months of quick serve restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted approachable role model
  • Genuine passion for hospitality people and guest satisfaction
  • Self-motivation positive attitude and commitment to doing the right thing

Job Duties

  • Lead team members on shifts including assigning tasks such as cleaning line duties and opening/closing duties
  • Provide feedback and training to team members
  • Control food costs labor waste and cash on the shift
  • Ensure food safety security and labor standards compliance
  • Deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence
  • Model authentic communication fostering respect trust and accountability
  • Uphold company values and create a people-first culture
