Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to meet restaurant demands including standing lifting bending squatting reaching sweeping mopping and working in varied temperatures
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Some college or restaurant management coursework preferred
- Six months of quick serve restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted approachable role model
- Genuine passion for hospitality people and guest satisfaction
- Self-motivation positive attitude and commitment to doing the right thing
Job Duties
- Lead team members on shifts including assigning tasks such as cleaning line duties and opening/closing duties
- Provide feedback and training to team members
- Control food costs labor waste and cash on the shift
- Ensure food safety security and labor standards compliance
- Deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence
- Model authentic communication fostering respect trust and accountability
- Uphold company values and create a people-first culture
