The Shift Manager position at Five Guys is integral to ensuring excellent restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. Earning $18.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses, this role blends operational leadership with hands-on involvement by performing all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders. The Shift Manager is responsible for directing daily restaurant operations including product preparation, delivery, customer relations, team leadership, inventory management, and restaurant maintenance. This role requires a leader who is motivated, honest, and dedicated to creating a positive workplace culture and delivering outstanding customer experiences consistently. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • availability to work shifts between 11 am and 10 pm
  • ability to manage a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • perform crew member and shift leader duties
