Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
- availability to work shifts between 11 am and 10 pm
- ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to follow company policies and core convictions

Job Duties
- perform crew member and shift leader duties
- direct daily restaurant operations in general manager’s absence
- ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, and customer service
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and upkeep
- manage team and inventory
- handle other assigned duties as required
