Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

knowledge of food safety standards
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Manage restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
oversee staff performance and provide coaching and training
maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

manage financial aspects including budgeting and payroll
collaborate with franchise owners and corporate office as required
