Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- strong leadership and communication skills

- basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling
- knowledge of food safety standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- oversee staff performance and provide coaching and training
- maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage financial aspects including budgeting and payroll
- collaborate with franchise owners and corporate office as required
