Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
  • ability to travel to other restaurants and area offices as needed
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers, and warmers
  • ability to use headset for communication
  • ability to use keyboard and computer
  • ability to work promptly and regularly
  • ability to take direction and work well with others
  • ability to complete all required training programs
  • ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes
  • ability to adapt to changes productively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
  • oversee staff performance and provide coaching and training
  • maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage financial aspects including budgeting and payroll
  • collaborate with franchise owners and corporate office as required
