This position is for a Shift Manager role at Five Guys, offering a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 plus tips and bonuses. Shift Managers are integral to the successful daily operations of the restaurant, especially in the General Manager’s absence. The role entails a wide range of responsibilities, including managing product preparation, customer relations, and maintaining restaurant standards. Shift Managers are expected to be versatile, performing all duties completed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, yet also taking on additional leadership and operational tasks. This role offers real-world hours, typically between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, without the complications of drive-thru service, fostering a dynamic and lively working atmosphere.
