Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work real work hours (11:00 am to 10:00 pm)
  • Honest and energetic personality
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards for self and others

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for product preparation and delivery
  • Supervise and motivate team members
  • Oversee inventory management and restaurant maintenance
  • Handle customer relations and resolve issues
  • Conduct training and development of staff
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
