Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work real work hours (11:00 am to 10:00 pm)

- Commitment to maintaining high standards for self and others

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product preparation and delivery
- Supervise and motivate team members
- Oversee inventory management and restaurant maintenance
- Handle customer relations and resolve issues
- Conduct training and development of staff
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
