The position of Shift Manager at Five Guys involves significant responsibility, acting as the key leader during the absence of the General Manager. This role requires the ability to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring full compliance with company standards across various areas such as product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team leadership, and inventory management. Shift Managers receive comprehensive training to perform all duties carried out by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, while also developing skills necessary for higher leadership positions within the company. Compensation for this position includes a competitive base pay of $16.00 per hour, along with tips and bonuses, providing an attractive earning potential.
