Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Availability to work shifts from 11 am to 10 pm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Job Duties
- Train and perform duties of crew members and shift leaders
- Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
- Manage customer relations and maintain high service standards
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
- Lead team management and facilitate inventory control
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned
