Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Availability to work shifts from 11 am to 10 pm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Train and perform duties of crew members and shift leaders
  • Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
  • Manage customer relations and maintain high service standards
  • Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
  • Lead team management and facilitate inventory control
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned
