Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and motivational personality
- Strong work ethic with high standards for self and team
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Availability to work during restaurant hours from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Commitment to providing exceptional food quality and customer service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train and perform duties of crew members and shift leaders
- Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the general manager
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage team performance and motivate staff
- Inventory management and reporting
