Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Availability to work shifts within operational hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honest, energetic, and fun-loving
  • Willingness to uphold company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations in General Manager's absence
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for food preparation and delivery
  • Manage customer relations and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise team members effectively
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders when necessary
