Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Availability to work shifts within operational hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Honest, energetic, and fun-loving
- Willingness to uphold company policies and standards

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in General Manager's absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards for food preparation and delivery
- Manage customer relations and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members effectively
- Manage inventory and ordering processes
- Perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders when necessary
