The role of the Shift Manager at Five Guys is integral to maintaining the daily operations of the restaurant, especially in the absence of the General Manager. A Shift Manager is fully trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders and takes on expanded responsibilities which include managing product preparation and delivery, ensuring excellent customer relations, overseeing restaurant maintenance, managing team performance and inventory control, and adhering to company standards across all operational areas. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
