Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work within operating hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- commitment to upholding company standards and values
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with food service
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred

Job Duties
- Perform all crew member and shift leader duties as needed
- direct daily restaurant operations in general manager’s absence
- ensure compliance with company standards including product preparation, delivery, and customer relations
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
- manage team schedules and inventory
- motivate and develop team members
- handle bonus programs and secret shopper evaluations
