The position of Shift Manager at Five Guys is an integral leadership role within the restaurant operations team. Shift Managers are entrusted with managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations during their shifts, especially in the absence of the General Manager. They are cross-trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders and take on additional responsibilities such as directing the team, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, along with other assigned tasks. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. The pay for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, supplemented by tips and bonuses, making it a competitive opportunity for individuals passionate about the food service industry.
