The position offered is that of a Shift Manager, a key leadership role within the restaurant. Shift Managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibilities that include directing daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. This involves ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and inventory control. The role is designed for energetic and motivational individuals who set high standards and take pride in creating a positive work environment for their teams.
This is a part-time or full-time hourly position paying $18.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses. Working hours generally align with restaurant hours, typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, without drive-thru service. - One to two years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to manage daily restaurant operations
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
