The Shift Manager role at Five Guys is pivotal for the smooth operation of each restaurant. These managers are fully trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, but also take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager. This role includes directing daily restaurant operations to ensure full compliance with company standards across all areas including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant cleanliness, team management, and inventory control. Shift Managers lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and enabling growth opportunities for team members.
