Job Description

This particular role is that of a Shift Manager, a pivotal position responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager's absence. The Shift Manager is trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with added responsibilities that include managing product preparation and delivery, maintaining excellent customer relations, overseeing restaurant maintenance, and managing team dynamics and inventory.
