Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capable of standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- direct daily restaurant operations in the general manager's absence

- manage customer relations
- oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
- supervise team members and manage inventory
- support and train crew members and shift leaders
- handle administrative duties as assigned or required
