Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and lead a team
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Job Duties

  • direct daily restaurant operations in the general manager's absence
  • ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
  • manage customer relations
  • oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
  • supervise team members and manage inventory
  • support and train crew members and shift leaders
  • handle administrative duties as assigned or required
