Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- direct daily restaurant operations in general manager's absence
- ensure compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery
- manage customer relations with a focus on excellent service
- oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
- lead, motivate, and develop team members
- manage inventory and supplies
- handle additional duties as assigned
