This Shift Manager position at Five Guys plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant. As a shift manager, you will be trained to fulfill all the duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, taking on added responsibilities for overseeing restaurant functions in the absence of the General Manager. Your duties will include managing product preparation and delivery, maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant, managing inventory and team members, and performing other essential tasks as assigned.
