The Shift Manager position at Five Guys is a vital role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. Shift Managers are trained to perform all duties executed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility to ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and all other required functions.
