The role of Shift Manager at Five Guys is crucial to ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences. Shift Managers are trained thoroughly to perform all duties handled by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with added responsibilities to oversee restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. This includes managing product preparation and delivery, overseeing customer relations, ensuring restaurant maintenance, managing inventory and team members, and other assigned duties. The position offers an hourly pay of $19.00 plus tips and bonuses. Five Guys Shift Managers work within real, life-compatible hours, with typical shifts between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, in restaurants that do not operate drive-thrus.
