This job opportunity is for the role of a Shift Manager, which is crucial in maintaining the flawless operation of each restaurant during the general manager’s absence. As a Shift Manager, you will be trained to perform all the duties carried out by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, which establishes a strong foundation in understanding every aspect of restaurant operations. Additionally, this role involves increased responsibility for overseeing daily restaurant activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing both the team and inventory effectively. The role requires leadership skills to maintain excellent customer relations and uphold restaurant maintenance standards.
