The position of Person in Charge at Jimmy John's is a pivotal role in our store operations. You will be the leader on-site during assigned shifts when management is not present. This means you are responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the store, ensuring that food preparation, service, and cleanliness meet our strict standards according to the F.A.S.S.T. philosophy. Managing a team of approximately 3 to 15 employees, you are expected to delegate responsibilities effectively, supervise food safety and preparation, and support your team during busy rush periods. You will also handle important operational tasks such as ordering and receiving supplies, conducting paperwork, and assisting with preventive maintenance of the store’s equipment. Your leadership will directly influence the store’s efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall success. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to motivate and lead a team, and the physical stamina to maintain a fast-paced work environment.
