The Person in Charge supervises a team ranging from 3 to 15 employees, delegating various operational responsibilities such as ordering, inventory management, food preparation, and compliance with health and safety standards. This person plays an essential role in assisting team members during busy rush periods to keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, employees receive ongoing career development opportunities, including mentorship programs and support from supervisors and human resources, allowing them to grow from managing a single location to potentially becoming an Area Manager or Director of Operations. This commitment to internal growth makes the Person in Charge role particularly attractive for those looking to build a long-term career in the food service industry.
