The Person in Charge role is an essential leadership position within our franchise that ensures smooth restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. This role requires a hands-on approach combined with effective supervision skills to oversee daily functions including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, customer service, and maintenance duties. As the Person in Charge, you will supervise a team of 3 to 15 employees, delegating daily responsibilities to ensure efficient operation of the store with minimal waste and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will support the team especially during busy periods, help manage orders and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
