Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- Ability to perform essential job functions involving standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and other physical activities
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fraction comprehension
- Ability to use hands, talk, listen, and have good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must comply with all company food safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks required on the job
Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
- Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
- Perform other related duties as required
