Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and maintain close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with safety and health regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodations if needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant supervisory role preferred
- Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, and understanding basic fractions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards beneficial
Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to ensure minimum loss from waste and theft
- Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- Perform other related duties as required
