Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
  • physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen
  • close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations for disabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
  • delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to reduce loss from waste and theft
  • assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
  • supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
  • complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • assist in daily and weekly paperwork
  • assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
  • perform other related duties as required
