Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant, which is licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products but is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline. This position is for a Shift Leader/Manager role starting at a competitive wage of $21 per hour. Additionally, an extra $3 per hour add-on is available for those working overnight shifts. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Flexible availability including possible overnight shifts
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred

- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership and coaching to crew and managers during shifts
- Monitor and plan shift operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure food safety, safety and security protocols are followed
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Schedule team members and facilitate training
- Communicate with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth transitions
