The franchisee is fully responsible for employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline. This position is for a Shift Leader/Manager role starting at a competitive wage of $21 per hour. Additionally, an extra $3 per hour add-on is available for those working overnight shifts. The employment type is full-time and part-time, based on availability and needs.
