This job opportunity is with an independent franchise that owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant. While incorporating McDonald's iconic branding and renowned food products, the franchisee operates as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. This means that all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and supervision, are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. As such, prospective employees will be employed directly by the franchisee, and no connection exists with McDonald's USA's corporate employment system. This independence allows the franchise to provide a unique working environment while maintaining the quality and standards associated with the McDonald's brand.
This position is for a Shift Leader/Manager role with a starting wage of $21 per hour. Additionally, employees who work overnight shifts are eligible for a $1 per hour pay add-on, further incentivizing flexible work hours.
