Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to lift 50lbs

- ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
- ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant including pizza delivery
- committed to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards
- willing to respond promptly to customer concerns
- flexible availability to work shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work with POS systems and basic office equipment
- ability to perform various roles within the restaurant including pizza delivery
Job Duties
- Execute cash management duties with POS and shift reports
- assist in the management of adequate inventory levels to minimize loss
- manage company assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
- lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
- professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues
