Job Requirements
- Ability to pass and maintain food safety certification within 30 days of employment
- meet all eligibility requirements for employment
- willingness to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
- ability to manage potential allergens
- capacity to handle kitchen heat and perform physical tasks
- meet minimum age requirement
- possess supervisory experience
- able to stand walk and lift as required
- follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- customer service oriented
- ability to handle allergens such as peanut products egg dairy gluten soy seafood and shellfish
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving skills
- familiarity with knife skills is a plus
- ability to stand and walk for 8-9 hours
- ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Lead team members on shifts including efficient assignment of tasks while providing feedback
- ensure all security procedures are followed
- ensure back-of-the-house procedural standards are met
- count drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures
- prepare quality finished products efficiently
- comply with health and safety standards for food cleanliness and safety
- restock food line chips and cooler
- clean tables counters floors bathrooms kitchen and utensils take out trash
- operate cash register handle balance and follow all cash handling procedures
- effectively handle customer complaints issues
- perform other duties as assigned
