Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or retail leadership role
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Willingness to take initiative and lead by example
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Run shifts efficiently ensuring operations run smoothly while upholding Taco Bell's standards
- Tackle problems and seek help when needed by taking initiative to address challenges and provide support to the team
- Provide guidance to team members by mentoring and leading them to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied
