The company is currently hiring Shift Leader Trainees, an entry-level management role designed for individuals who aspire to move into a full Shift Leader position, typically within 90 days. This role involves training under the guidance of Store Managers and Assistant Managers to assume responsibility for store operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. Shift Leader Trainees play a crucial part in increasing sales by enhancing the customer experience through personalized service and operational excellence.

As a Shift Leader Trainee at ABC, you will serve as Manager on Duty in training, learning how to open and close the store while managing day-to-day store operations. You will greet guests, operate the Point-of-Sale terminal, and ensure accurate cash handling. The role emphasizes continuous learning, with required training on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards to ensure a high-quality guest interaction at all times.

In addition to guest service, trainees are responsible for coaching and directing sales associates, maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting with property upkeep both inside and outside the store, including parking lots and restrooms. Handling deliveries, merchandising, and inventory restocking are also key components of the role.

This position requires a candidate 21 years or older, possessing a High School Diploma or GED, with at least six months of management or leadership experience or relevant education in business management. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, handle lifting tasks, and perform various physical duties is required, alongside the capability to visually inspect products and maintain store presentation standards.
