Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience supervisory in restaurant or retail industries
- ability to work part-time or full-time
- availability to work day and night shifts including weekends
- ability to follow federal, state, and company safety policies
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- basic knowledge of restaurant equipment and maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months supervisory experience in restaurant or retail industries
- good working knowledge of restaurant equipment and preventive maintenance

Job Duties
- Execute systems daily to ensure a well-run shift and clean and organized restaurant
- assist in training team members using appropriate training systems
- ensure all guests leave happy and resolve complaints
- maintain high standards of service throughout shifts
- operate shifts according to performance, profit, and operating standards
- ensure safety and security of employees and guests by following policies
- supervise and engage team members to perform to their highest level
- keep accurate records for performance and sales data
- provide consistent leadership to create a positive work culture
- support marketing strategies by coaching team members
