As a part of Angie’s Food Concepts, the Shift Leader plays an integral role in ensuring the success of both Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime drive-thru restaurants. The Shift Leader is responsible for managing shift operations, supervising team members, and upholding rigorous food safety and quality standards to maintain the company’s high standards. Responsibilities for the Shift Leader include overseeing daily shift activities, communicating clearly and effectively with the team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, professionally handling customer complaints, training and supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting with food preparation, operating the POS system, inventory monitoring, and adherence to food safety regulations. This multifaceted role requires versatility, as Shift Leaders will be cross-trained across all positions including opening and closing the restaurant.

Ideal candidates come with prior supervisory experience in a foodservice environment, possess strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Adaptability, multitasking, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively manage a small team are essential traits. Dependability, including reliable transportation, is also a prerequisite.
