Job Duties
- Jump in wherever needed - whether it's taking orders, running food, making drinks, or assisting guests
- Manage shift flow and communication between FOH and BOH, keeping an eye on ticket times, guest experience, and team positioning
- Support team members during peak periods with in-the-moment coaching and positive leadership
- Open or close the restaurant using established checklists and procedures
- Lead by example in cleanliness, hospitality, and work ethic
- Handle minor guest recovery situations and escalate larger issues when necessary
- Uphold and model Dish Society’s values of hospitality, pride, growth, and connectedness
