Job Requirements
- Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
- Deliver excellent guest service
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
- Availability including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service
- Experience managing or leading retail or restaurant teams preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and preparation standards
- Ability to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
Job Duties
- Follow Illegal Pete's preparations guide and ensure the food quality is at its highest possible level
- Abide by all company policy
- Come to work with a good attitude
- Be willing to help out with any aspect of the store that is needed during your shift
- Provide that food and beverage quality is at its highest level by knowing all preparation standards for all food and drinks
- Be prompt and ready to work when you are scheduled
- Communicate with Shift Supervisors, AGM or GM about improving the store or making your job better
- Stay busy keeping your area as well as the entire restaurant clean and tidy
