The Restaurant Shift Leader at Burger King, under Rackson's management, plays a vital role in overseeing all restaurant activities during their shift. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent or restaurant management experience
  • previous fast food restaurant experience required
  • communication in English required, Spanish comprehension helpful
  • fundamental skills in reading, writing, math, computer and POS
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work multiple stations
  • must be dependable and reliable
  • must have reliable transportation
  • available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
  • willing to learn and adapt
