Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience in restaurant retail or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- dependable and responsible
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
- provide leadership to crew and other leaders during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
- plan and monitor shift performance taking action to meet McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next shift leader to ensure seamless handover
- manage inventory scheduling and training within assigned departments
- maintain food safety internal communication daily maintenance and exceptional customer service
