Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in the food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings
- Commitment to quality work and great customer service
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to greet customers on the floor
- Willingness to be coached by management staff for skills development and business growth
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee operations
- Pass a background screening

Job Duties
- Manages team members in the restaurant including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
- Complies with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicates changes to team members
- Works with General Manager to control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
- Assists General Manager in maintaining accurate inventory of products and items for restaurant operation
- Maintains building and equipment and ensures reports and records comply with company standards and regulations
- Ensures adherence to cash handling procedures
- Enforces safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment
- Participates in local store marketing efforts
- Upholds food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Models and encourages customer satisfaction and a high integrity workforce
