Job Requirements

  • Must be available for weekend and evening shifts including peak business days such as Bosses’ Day Admin Pro Day and Valentine’s Day
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Proof of current auto insurance with driver listed as authorized
  • Access to a personal vehicle for deliveries when company vehicles are occupied
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle following all traffic laws
  • Ability to lift carry and grasp up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs while carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks and manage multiple responsibilities safely
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a busy environment
  • Must be able to clearly hear and speak over the telephone
  • Ability to perform computer work in a stationary position for extended time

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proof of auto insurance with the driver listed as an authorized driver
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Experience in customer service or food service industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations
  • Oversee train and evaluate the work of 3-6 employees per shift fostering a productive and positive work environment
  • Manage daily operations including product preparation sales inventory and service to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Execute opening and closing procedures complete daily paperwork and conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy
  • Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders to maximize speed and delivery business
  • Maintain a positive can-do attitude setting the tone for the team and leading by example in every role
  • Assist with front-of-house tasks including greeting customers taking orders handling transactions and ensuring order accuracy
  • Support performance management including coaching team members and providing feedback or corrective actions as needed
