Wingstop is currently seeking motivated and skilled shift leaders to join their team as full-time employees. The shift leader role is integral to the smooth operation of the restaurant’s daily shifts. This position goes beyond regular crew duties to include supervisory responsibilities, ensuring that food safety guidelines, product preparation standards, cleanliness, and company policies are strictly upheld. The role demands a hands-on leader who can work effectively both in cashier or cook positions while actively supervising and supporting staff.

Shift leaders play a critical role in fostering a guest-friendly environment by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. The position requires the ability to train and mentor newer or less experienced crew members, manage inventory controls, uphold store policies, and coordinate staff breaks efficiently. Shift leaders are also responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining and kitchen areas, and motivating employees to perform to the best of their abilities.
