Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older
- At least 6 months experience in the food industry or related role
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and foot movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk frequently and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift more than 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
