Job Duties
- Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member
- train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities
- manage and motivate the crew members
- ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained
- ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times
- assist in keeping the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift
- resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude
