The role of Shift Leader at Wingstop is a crucial stepping stone for those aspiring to leadership positions within the restaurant industry. Shift Leaders act as frontline managers and are responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift. Job Duties

  • Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member
  • train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities
  • manage and motivate the crew members
  • ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained
  • ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times
  • assist in keeping the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift
  • resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude
