Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
  • Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
  • Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
  • Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work varied hours/days including early mornings and weekends
  • Ability to pass background check
  • ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
  • Current, valid state issued driver's license preferred or required at specific locations
  • Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Duties

  • Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience
  • Set the morale and tone of the team
  • Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
  • Open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
