The Role: As a Shift Supervisor at Papa John's, your primary responsibility is to oversee shifts and work areas within the restaurant operation to ensure high-quality products and outstanding customer service are consistently delivered. This role is integral in maintaining restaurant profitability by managing daily operations according to company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will ensure all food products meet the highest standards set by Papa John's and that every customer order is accurate and satisfying. Additionally, you will promptly and professionally address customer concerns, solicit feedback, and use insights to improve restaurant operations and enhance brand loyalty.

Inventory management is also key, where you will assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels to minimize loss.

This position demands attentiveness to detail, commitment to tasks, a strong customer focus, initiative, excellent relationship management skills, and teamwork. Physical demands of the role include prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating in environments that require interaction with potentially hazardous equipment and chemicals. This role requires someone who is dependable, results-driven, and capable of leading a team effectively during shift operations. A background check is required for employment, and the position includes working hours that may extend into nights, weekends, and emergency situations. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends and emergencies
- ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
- ability to lead a team without supervision
- bilingual in certain markets
- ability to use phones, computers, fax machines and copiers
- pass a background check
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
