Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or customer contact positions preferred
  • be at least 18 years of age

  • be able to work 20-30 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Serve customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards, prepare and ensure high quality products are served consistently, display proper image and follow company policies and standards, clean and organize work stations and maintain restaurant image standards, perform cash management and ensure safety and security compliance, provide direction, feedback, coaching, and counseling to colleagues, perform food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls, complete daily paperwork accurately, follow procedures for opening and closing the restaurant, handle unexpected occurrences and notify appropriate parties
